Sosok Aji Bayu, Anak Buruh Bangunan NTT Lulusan Terbaik IPDN

Aji Bayu Ramadhan, the son of a construction worker from Nusa Tenggara Timur, became the top graduate of IPDN Class XXXIII 2026 with a cumulative GPA of 3.84, surpassing 1,203 other graduates. His appointment as a young civil servant was formalized in a decree signed by Minister of Home Affairs Muhammad Tito Karnavian on 24 July 2026 and he was sworn in at the Jatinangor campus on 29 July 2026.

Aji studied Information Government Engineering at IPDN and comes from a modest background: his father, Winoto Hadi, works as a builder and his mother, Wahyuniarti, is a housewife. He credits his parents’ advice to stay humble and remember his origins, and says his family’s economic challenges drove him to excel.

After his inauguration, Aji plans to apply technology to improve public services, having already developed three systems to help the government identify and resolve community problems. He urges young people, especially those from remote, underdeveloped, and border areas (3T), to pursue their aspirations through hard work, parental prayers, and continuous learning.
