KPK Ungkap Fakta Baru Kasus Gratifikasi Bupati Kuansing

KPK investigators uncovered new details in the alleged gratification case of non‑active Kuansing Regent Suhardiman Amby. According to the agency, Suhardiman extracted extra money by cutting employee additional performance pay (TPP) up to roughly 50 % within the Kuansing Regency government. This practice was identified during the ongoing investigation and was highlighted in a press briefing on Tuesday (4/8/2026). A separate audit by the Financial Audit Board (BPK) also revealed that the regent received overpayments, prompting him to ask staff or civil servants to cover the shortfall through voluntary contributions. This arrangement was described as an additional gratification act. The case already involves three suspects: Suhardiman Amby, regional secretary Zulkarnaen, and Ardiles, director of PT Mitra Ideal Consultant. They were caught in a 2021 bribery of a public works and housing chief position and a 2025 bribery of the regional secretary position. Zulkarnaen and Ardiles face charges under articles 605 or 606(1) of the Criminal Code and related adjustment law, while Suhardiman faces article 12(a) or (b) and article 12B of the Corruption Eradication Law. Ongoing probes also link Suhardiman to other illegal receipts tied to the release of limited production forest area.
